These Terms of Use are effective October 10, 2026. By accessing or using the ORVYX website, including its inquiry form, client proof, content, and AI assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

ORVYX is a founder-led technology company based in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines. ORVYX provides professional websites, custom business systems, web and mobile applications, AI-powered solutions, and workflow automation through separately agreed project scopes.

The website is intended for businesses, organizations, professionals, public-service teams, and other people evaluating a potential technology engagement.

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, accounting, financial, security, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

A page view, chatbot response, inquiry, quotation request, or other website interaction does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee an outcome, or promise a delivery date. A project becomes binding only through a written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted by both ORVYX and the client.

Prices shown on the website are starting points or public package references. Final scope, price, schedule, assumptions, deliverables, ownership, support, and payment terms are stated in the applicable written agreement.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information without authorization, impersonate another person, or infringe another person’s rights.

You must not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identification numbers, confidential trade secrets, or other sensitive information through the public inquiry form or AI assistant unless ORVYX has expressly agreed to receive it through a secure, purpose-built channel.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share information about any organization or project described in your inquiry. You authorize ORVYX to use the submission to understand your request, respond to you, assess a potential engagement, and communicate about that request.

Inquiry notifications are sent to contact.orvyx@gmail.com through ORVYX’s configured server-side email provider. Sending an inquiry does not guarantee a response or an engagement.

The ORVYX AI assistant provides limited, general answers about ORVYX services, process, pricing structure, client proof, FAQs, and how to inquire. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You should confirm important information with ORVYX directly.

The assistant is not a lawyer, financial adviser, consultant of record, or substitute for professional advice. Do not use it to submit confidential or sensitive information, and do not treat its response as a quotation, approval, commitment, or project instruction.

ORVYX and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, visual design, software, marks, and other materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from website materials without written permission.

Client marks, supplied assets, and identity-withheld testimonials are shown for portfolio context. They do not guarantee that another client will receive the same result, and they may be removed or corrected when an owner requests it.

You retain rights in information and materials you submit. You grant ORVYX a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate or perform a requested engagement, protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

The website may depend on third-party hosting, email, rate-limiting, and AI service providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. ORVYX is not responsible for a third party’s availability, content, security, or processing outside ORVYX’s reasonable control.

ORVYX works to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but it does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or free from harmful components. Website materials and the AI assistant are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORVYX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profit, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ORVYX may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the website shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Bukidnon, Philippines.
